Front Row Motorsports with Yates Racing Heath Calhoun 400 Recap

Travis Kvapil, No. 34 Long John Silver's Ford Team
Starting Position: 38
Finishing Position: 34

Travis Kvapil looked forward to being part of the "Saturday Night Lights" at Richmond International Raceway, and the No. 34 Long John Silver's team worked hard to improve upon the car that qualified 38th for the Heath Calhoun 400. Adjustments continued throughout the race, with Kvapil reporting the car needed help with drive and turning.

The team was able to pick up a few positions while avoiding trouble on the track and finished the evening in 34th. Kyle Busch won the event after starting from the pole.

Comments from Long John Silver's Ford Team Driver Travis Kvapil after the Heath Calhoun 400:

"We really got hurt on those long green-flag runs. We would've liked to have made a few more changes to work on the handling, but didn't have a chance. There were a few wrecks ahead of us that might've given us a chance to gain some positions, but at that point it was too late for us."
