Long John Silver'sInspired by Robert Louis Stevenson's classic book Treasure Island, the company was founded in 1969. Long John Silver’s invented the quick-service seafood restaurant, consistently setting trends with menu items that meet contemporary tastes.

Increasingly, Long John Silver's is being paired with other Yum! Brands, Inc., restaurants in multi-brand locations. The multi-brand concept provides consumers with a wider variety of menu choices in one convenient restaurant. Long John Silver's multi-brand partners include A&W All American Food, KFC, and Taco Bell.

Long John Silver’s is the world's most popular quick-service seafood chain with more than 1,200 restaurants worldwide, and more than 200 additional locations in Yum! Brands, Inc., multi-brand restaurants. The chain hosts nearly four million customers each week.

Taco BellOriginated by Glen Bell, Taco Bell became a reality on March 21, 1962. The first Taco Bell restaurant was built in Downey, California, and the first franchise was sold in 1964. Taco Bell went public in 1969 and was acquired by PepsiCo in 1978. In October of 1997, PepsiCo spun off KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell, thereby forming Tricon Global Restaurants, Inc., the world’s largest restaurant company with revenues in excess of $22 billion.

In May of 2002, Tricon Global Restaurants, Inc. changed its name to Yum! Brands, Inc., after acquiring Long John Silver's and A&W All-American Food Restaurants. Taco Bell serves more than 2 billion consumers each year in more than 5,800 restaurants in the U.S., of which more than 80 percent are owned and operated by independent franchises.

Wiley XThe U.S. Military Special Forces and Law Enforcement agencies needed the ultimate, shatterproof eye gear. And so, 20 years ago, Wiley X was born.

Wiley X began by creating shatterproof, selenite, polycarbonate lenses. In fact, some models have been tested to withstand a 12-gauge shotgun blast from 10 yards away. Factor in sleek design and proprietary technology, and their list of admirers has reached international acclaim. Nationally, they’re currently a standard issue item with the FBI, DEA, Army Rangers, Navy SEAL Teams and Military Special Forces.

In 1987, Wiley X took their protective eyewear to civilians. Their quality, shatterproof styles lend themselves beautifully to activities where eye protection is essential.
